An interesting opportunity has arisen to work within the Health Improvement and Wellbeing team in Hywel Dda University Health Board. Applications are invited from enthusiastic, motivated, qualified and suitably experienced individuals for this permanent post of full-time Band 4 Partnership Support Officer supporting the regional Health Improvement and Wellbeing Team in the Public Health Directorate. The role will require an individual who is confident working with partners and has the flexibility to work across partnership organisations and to support the health improvement team by providing a professional and effective secretarial and administration service. This will require high levels of integrity, empathy and commitment to Hywel Dda University Health Board. This is a varied and enjoyable role that requires someone who has experience and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone who has both passion and commitment, is proactive, hard-working and has a great eye for detail. Someone who is a team player and able to demonstrate a compassionate and professional approach to the team's work developing services that make a difference to the health of the population of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Provide a comprehensive, professional and effective secretarial and administration service to within the Health Improvement Team andtake the lead in supporting the administrative needs of the multi-agency services and partnerships involved for which the team has lead responsibility. Provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services including for example, the preparation of all agendas and minutes and any appropriate follow-up action as required. Provide project support during the development and implementation of strategic plans and service improvement projects. Assist in the development of performance information and intelligence to support strategic planning and performance monitoring. Display a considerable degree of initiative, apply a high degree of confidentiality and promote the values of partnership working. This might include supporting with the management of projects by gathering information, analyzing and presenting information and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary.
