We’re located in the heart of Reading, and you'll be close to the town's amenities and a serene leafy park. We offer preceptorships for all our Newly Qualified nurses. The preceptorship period is the beginning of your journey from novice to expert and is intended to support you to grow in confidence and competence throughout your first 12-month period as a qualified healthcare professional. We offer a tailored induction, monthly supervision and training sessions, and a robust structure of ongoing support.
