The Chichester Centre is a modern unit providing low secure services for men and women. The service is configured around two male wards and one female ward. The WTG take a lead on service improvement across the unit. You will have opportunities to gain skills and experience across our three different settings. As a nurse, you will work in collaboration with other professionals within the MDT and external agencies in a patient centred way. We work to the principles of the \"Secure Recovery Model\" and the \"See Think Act\" (Royal College of Psychiatrists publication) in collaboration with the peer support programme. Main duties of the job To deliver a high standard of evidence based inpatient nursing care in the designated care group in partnership with the team, the service users and, where appropriate, their family.
