Undertake the recording of temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate and pulse oximetry, also fluid input and output, and report findings to the nurse in charge of patient care. Collecting and testing specimens as required and reporting abnormalities. Ensure safekeeping of patient’s property and valuables within Trust guidelines Work collaboratively with others in the ward to ensure that patient’s needs are meet.
