The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite telephone manner and good organisational and computer skills. The capacity to work as part of a team together with proven experience of working with the public is essential. Previous experience within general practice or a health care environment is desirable, however, training will be provided. Working hours - Monday to Friday varied between 8am and 6pm.
