See JD for full duties of the role We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 4 Project Support Officer to support the delivery of Individual Placement and Support (IPS). The post holder will be responsible for project support and admin to the growing team of Employment Specialist and Employment Team Leaders as well as the Central Management Team. The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings. The role will be part of the IPS Senior Management Team and therefore expected to support the delivery of key projects. This includes the coordination of the central recruitment campaign, administrative support for fidelity reviews, support team leaders with audits of IPS quality, leading on co-production groups, coordinating the service user feedback survey, providing admin support for reports as well as a range of day to day administrative tasks.
