A flexible approach and considerate manner are essential along with good team working and communication skills. Previous experience in nursing or caring environment is desirable. This is a fast paced environment with a high number of patient admissions and discharges daily. The ability to meet competing demands while maintaining a high standard of patient care is essential. Good written English is essential. Shift patterns will be required to meet the needs of the service.
