As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care you’ll be responsible for: Personal Care Helping our clients wash, dress and go to the bathroom, being there to help them get in and out of bed, and supporting them with mobility including the correct use of equipment. You may be supporting clients through their end-of-life journey Medication Support Helping our clients with their medication as required and keeping accurate records Meal Support Preparing and serving meals including supporting with feeding where required. Keep track and documenting our client’s fluid and food intake. Household support Helping our clients maintain a tidy and well-kept home by undertaking light housework. Helping clients care for their pets. Shopping for and with our clients as required. Companionship Keeping our clients company and helping them stay physically active and engaged in hobbies, community activities and visiting friends and family.
