We are seeking an exceptional individual who has energy, commitment and enthusiasm to apply for this exciting post within our Enhanced Care Unit and have the ambition and desire to develop your skills within such an environment The Enhanced Care unit consists of 6 beds which are utilised flexibly to care for level 1 and 2 patients following surgery. Evidence of qualifications listed in the person spec will be requested at interview and during compliance checks. Acting as a catalyst in questioning expert professional knowledge within the team influencing application of theory in practice. Identifying, maintaining, evaluating and improving the quality of care through application of evidence based practice within the clinical area. Developing sound clinical skills and competency within their defined field working without direct supervision to ensure the application of professional standards in all aspects of care delivery within the clinical environment.
