ESNEFT provides a Community Rehabilitation Service delivered by Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists working within Integrated Care Teams across North East Essex. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Associate Practitioner to join our team and assist our therapists in the provision of this service. It is preferable that you have experience of working in a community, occupational therapy or physiotherapy setting. It is essential that you are a car driver with access to a vehicle for work as you will be expected to travel across the North East Essex area The key objectives for this post are to provide goal focused rehabilitation, supporting patients to become experts in their own care and to remain in their own homes; to provide the holistic assessment and treatment for this care group; to support the smooth running of the service including taking strength and balance exercise classes; and the management of equipment ordering and other administrative tasks for the team. Clear clinical reasoning and good assessment skills are essential. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical skills and be actively involved in service development. "}
