Kingsley Court is a 85 bedded home that are committed to providing the highest quality care possible, they take great pride in providing tailored care and support to meet the individual needs of each resident, in a friendly, warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere. You will be seen as the clinical expert within the home, providing support and guidance to the team and overseeing all aspects of clinical governance including monitoring all care plans and medication administration, training and developing the team and ensuring quality, personal care is delieverd each day. You will care for our residents physical and psychological needs and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. Your role will include the administration and ordering of medicines, ensuring timely and effective communication is maintained to achieve planned goals. A good understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs is essential.
