We are seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families in the community. Our Healthcare Assistants are responsible for the observation of patients and the provision of care in accordance with the management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader for patients in their homes. This post provides an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for candidates to be part of a supportive and committed team.
