What to expect

8. How would you approach a situation where a child is exhibiting challenging behaviour during a support session?
9. Imagine you are supporting a young person who is upset or anxious. What techniques would you use to help them feel comfortable and safe?
10. How do you ensure that your work promotes inclusivity and reduces inequalities in healthcare?
11. Why is it important to be part of a supportive and friendly team, especially in a community health setting?
12. What areas of your professional development are you currently focused on, and how would working in this role help you achieve your career goals?
13. How do you cope with the emotional demands of working in healthcare, particularly when supporting children and families with complex needs?
