We are looking to recruit healthcare assistants to work within the Secure Blended Women’s Service. We are looking for someone who can adapt to change, be open to new expereicnes and is able to communicate easily with people from diverse backgrounds. You will recieve regular clinical supervision/ reflective practice from a range of professionals to enable you to excel within your role on the ward. You will also have access to aditional training to enhance your learning around Trauma Informed Care and Dialectical Behavioural Skills awareness.
