Main duties of the job You Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Candidates And Managers, Playing a Proactive Part In The Recruitment Process, Providing Appropriate And Timely Advice, Information And Support. You Will Need To Have Attention To Detail And a Flexible Approach Will Be Essential. You Will Be Processing The Full End To End Recruitment Process Which Includes: Compliance checking Advertising Internally and Externally Sending for shortlisting, Setting interviews, Issuing conditional and unconditional offers of employment Undertaking the NHS employment check standards including: verification of ID, Right to work, DBS, Occupational Health, Professional Registration/Qualifications and References Supporting and attending Recruitment Events on evenings and/or weekends You will use the Trusts selected Recruitment system (TRAC). The post holder would also input new starters details onto our ESR system. Previous NHS, Trac and ESR experience is not essential for this role as full training would be given to the right candidate. Previous data entry and/or administration experience would be essential from the successful candidate. You will also be expected to have confident and competent computer skills, with the ability to work within a team and be self-motivated.
