Booking clerk, responsible to the Referral and Booking Centre Team Leader for booking outpatient clinics and monitoring activity. To provide a quality Partial Booking Service to the Referral and Booking Centre and customers. Ensuring all appointments are booked correctly and efficiently in a timely manner in accordance with Health Board’s Policies and Procedures.
