The OMFS Department is complex and busy, with the successful applicant being a key player in ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The role involves building effective working relationships with clinical staff, regular contact with patients and a keen attention to detail. The role will be based at either our Barnet site or Chase Farm site, this is subject to change and will require cross site covering. General admin and clerical duties including answering phones, dealing with patient/GP/ colleague enquiries. Managing generic email account, validating and managing patient pathways, monitoring Consultant annual leave and clinic cancellations and actioning your EPR message centre. To Be Successful In This Role You will have excellent written and communication skills You will have a good telephone manner You will have sound organisational skills You will be able to work both in a team environment and autonomously You will be expected to input data on the Cerner patient records system and/or database system and therefore excellent data entry skills are required.
