{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nHealthcare Assistant with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford, England, United Kingdom\n\nWe are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to work within our Enhanced Treatment Team, within the Adult Eating Disorders Service across Surrey and NE Hants. The post holder will be joining what are well-established outpatient and day care facilities for working age adults with moderate to severe eating disorders. The development of the ETT is, however, an exciting new multi-disciplinary initiative. This new intensive treatment pathway aims to reduce hospital admissions and to provide an alternative to day care for initial stabilisation purposes when needed. The post holder will initially be expected to develop their skills in working with people with more severe eating disorders through shadowing and then contributing to the delivery of the day care programme under supervision. Over time the application of these skills will then be generalised to their delivery within the ETT. The range of duties will include physical monitoring, key working and meal supervision. It is not essential to have had previous experience in eating disorders, but previous experience within a mental health setting would be desirable. There are exciting opportunities to develop skills in communication, physical risk management and develop an understanding of eating disorders. The ability to drive a car and have access to a car during working hours is also essential due to the requirement to travel between the AEDS sites (in Guildford and Epsom), to complete home visits and to occasionally also travel to other Trust hub sites. Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire. We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers. Surrey is a beautiful county lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and from the South Coast. Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach. For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby. Please note that we reserve the right to close posts as soon as sufficient applications are received. We look forward to receiving your application! For further details / informal visits contact: Name: Betsy Clark Job title: Service Manager Email address: betsy.clark@sabp.nhs.uk"}
