We are looking for Day Care Assistants to join our team at Blatchington Manor, our specialist dementia care, residential home Hours: 30 hrs per week Week 1 Monday – 8am to 8pm Tuesday – 8am to 8pm Wednesday – 8am to 2pm Week 2 Monday – 8am to 8pm Wednesday – 8am to 2pm Saturday – 8am to 2pm Sunday – 8am to 2pm We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time* As a Care Assistant You Will Be Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system; Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences; Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
