Each GLH is responsible for coordinating services for a particular part of the country Every candidate will be expected to liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and will also be responsible for all GLH required administrative tasks commensurate with the banding of the role. You must have good attention to detail together with the ability to prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines. Duties will include managing queries and referrals , dealing with telephone enquiries, letters, email, diaries, chasing deadlines, collation of information/results for reports and typing of clinic letters. You should have previous secretarial experience as well as being flexible and able to work as part of a team.
