Reporting to the Director of Private Healthcare, you will be responsible for the operational management and performance of the dedicated private healthcare facilities at UCLH, as well as supporting the delivery of private healthcare in services that are integrated with the NHS. You will lead on relationship management with our consultants, ensuring the trust has the capacity and service infrastructure to support their patients’ requirements and identifying and developing new private business opportunities. You will be working closely with the Director of Private Healthcare to set the strategic direction for our services and will work with colleagues across the trust to lead the operational delivery of our private healthcare strategy. To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and with the ability to form credible working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including senior managers and consultants. You will have significant experience in operational management and be able to work independently to lead and develop our services to the highest standards of clinical and customer service. Healthcare experience in the private sector is an advantage.
