They will work collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures while providing supervision to more junior staff across paediatrics. To pro-actively participate in the planning, assessing, implementation and evaluation of patient care as part of the multi-disciplinary team throughout the patient pathway using research based practice. To deliver care in accordance with the Trust’s and paediatric departments policies and protocols.
