This role is essential to providing safe care to our patients by providing efficient and effective administration services for outpatient bookings and patient pathway management teams. The role will be key to helping us achieve our targets. Applicants should be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis whilst maintaining a positive approach, and providing a quality service that supports our patient care. The post requires an efficient, caring and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work.
