Main tasks and responsibilities Communication Demonstrate politeness, courtesy and sensitivity in dealing with patients, relatives and visitors, maintain good customer relations. Carry out assigned clerical tasks as directed by the supervisor. Report untoward incidents and any other relevant information to the supervisor immediately. Participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues. Patient/customer care (both direct and indirect) Provide excellent standards of patient care, observations, preparing equipment and patients for treatment. Carry out daily checks on appropriate equipment Assist in the restocking and ordering of supplies.
