What to expect

3. How would you ensure safe and effective care for patients in a medical ward setting? Can you provide an example from your past experience?
4. Can you discuss your understanding of the importance of enhancing the patient experience? How would you contribute to this in your role?
5. Working effectively within a multidisciplinary team is essential in this role. Can you give an example of how you've successfully collaborated with other healthcare professionals?
