This post will be initially based with our Peebles team which covers a rural location with the expectation you were work in West Linton and Innerleithen in accordance with service demands. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate Health Care Support Worker with excellent communication skills, supportive team players and great clinical abilities to maintain the delivery of high quality, proactive and safe care that we at NHS Borders strive to achieve. This is an exciting time to be joining Primary and Community Services due to the move towards locality models. There is the potential for development and training opportunities. If you are motivated, adaptable and keen to embrace a new opportunity we would welcome your application. For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept late applications so please ensure your application is submitted early*** NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.
