Job Description As a Home Instead Care Professional , your client visits may consist of: Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation Personal Care Help with medications and self-care Companionship Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops Helping your client get ready in the morning, or with their night-time routine Qualifications No previous care experience is necessary, as full training is provided to all of our care professionals. We are looking for people from across the community who share in our values to provide compassionate care and get to know our clients in our community as you would your own family. Full driving licence and own transport is required. Additional Information What We Provide One hour minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care - complete tasks without rushing and really get to know your clients. Regular team activities, including Care Professional of the quarter awards, Above & Beyond award, team meetings and a 'Refer a friend' bonus scheme. Full award winning training, including City & Guilds certificated courses on Dementia, End of Life and Parkinsons care and with continued support from our office available around the clock.
