To provide with colleagues a service to the Royal Cornwall Hospitals’ NHS Trust, with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness, and the proper functioning of the department. Key Accountabilities Assessment and management of admissions to the Emergency Department . Attend ward rounds as timetabled. Attend multi-disciplinary ward meetings. Assist in-patient management. Fulfill the duties of the weekly timetable including out of hours responsibilities. Participate in Clinical Audit.
