{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nAssistant Psychologist with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford, England, United Kingdom\n\nWe are seeking a dynamic Psychology Graduate to join our Trust-wide Adult Eating Disorders Service (AEDS). This is a substantive post which will primarily be based within our Enhanced Treatment Team (ETT) at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford, but with the additional flexibility required to sometimes work from our Epsom site. The postholder will additionally be expected to complete home visits. The post holder will be joining what are well-established outpatient and day care facilities for working age adults with moderate to severe eating disorders. The development of the ETT is, however, an exciting new multi-disciplinary initiative. This new intensive treatment pathway aims to reduce hospital admissions and to provide an alternative to day care for initial stabilisation purposes when needed. The post holder will initially be expected to develop their skills in working with people with more severe eating disorders through shadowing and then contributing to the delivery of the day care programme under supervision. Over time the application of these skills will then be generalised to their delivery within the ETT. The range of duties will include conducting audit, outcomes collation, and appropriate clinical duties (e.g., co-facilitating groups with a qualified staff member, and contributing to meal supervision). All duties will be undertaken with regular supervision from the qualified Clinical Psychologists and with additional support from other members of the multidisciplinary team. SABP has close links with Surrey University and the service often provides placements to the Clinical Doctorate course. The post is well suited to applicants interested in pursuing a career in clinical/counselling psychology. The successful applicant will hold at least an upper second class psychology degree and will ideally have experience of working in the NHS, as well as in a mental health setting. In addition, an interest in the field of eating disorders, good communication skills and excellent IT skills are essential. The ability to drive a car and access to a car during working hours is also essential due to the requirement to sometimes travel between the AEDS sites (in Guildford and Epsom), to complete home visits and to occasionally also travel to other Trust sites. Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire. We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers. Surrey is a beautiful county lying just 30 minutes away from Central London and from the South Coast. Our historic market towns and bustling districts are enveloped in wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks bring the rest of the country within easy reach. For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby. Please note that we reserve the right to close posts as soon as sufficient applications are received. We look forward to receiving your application!
