We are seeking an Operational Head of Service to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Intermediate Care Units within our Unplanned Care Division. As Operational Head Of Service, You Will Provide visible and accessible leadership, supporting teams to deliver responsive, high-quality services. Ensure performance targets are met through effective monitoring, analysis, and improvement planning. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration across teams. Lead on staff development, workforce planning, and retention initiatives, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce. Oversee financial and resource management, ensuring efficiency and value for money. Engage with key stakeholders, including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities, and other healthcare partners, to drive service improvements. We are the main provider of NHS community services across East and West Sussex, with 6,000 staff serving 1.3 million people.
