We are looking for an individual with good organisational and communication skills, and be able to work under their own initiative and follow directions. You must be an enthusiastic and dedicated to providing personalised care. Whilst we welcome applicants who have an NVQ in healthcare, not having a recognised qualification should not be a barrier to applying. It is your experience and willingness to learn we value. Previous applicants need not apply. Bladder and Bowel is a multidisciplinary service which includes Specialist Nurses, Nursing Associate, HCA and Psychotherapist team members. Its aim is to improve health outcomes for people with bladder and bowel conditions by providing interventions to patients and by increasing the level of skills and knowledge within other SCFT service through joint working and education. Applicants must be a car driver and have access to their own vehicle with business insurance. We are the main provider of NHS community services across East and West Sussex.
