You will need to be an excellent team player but also be able to use your own initiative as at times you will be working alone. Ensure housekeeping and day-to-day management of the kitchen is maintained, including any utensils are clean and fit for use. The refrigerator temperature is recorded daily Any consumable items are properly stored and within date – Store room maintained clean and organise. Keep the utility areas clean and tidy. Monitor all water outlets and flush as required. Maintain effective communication to all members of the team.
