Our Carers visit the homes of our customers to provide a range of care services which enable them to remain living independently in their own home across Hackney and Islington including N1, EC1, N7, N19, N4, N5, N16, E5, E8 and E9. Our Care Assistants will: Support with personal care Provide companionship Prompt and/or administer medication Support with food preparation, domestic duties, and shopping Assist through Manual handling / using equipment where required Promote customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full As a Care Assistant you will need: To have a valid right to work in the UK A genuine desire to care for others To be reliable, compassionate, honest and patient To be a resident in the Islington or Hackney borough To have availability to work more than 20 hours per week To work at least 2 evenings per week and 2 weekends per Month as part of your regular schedule Alternate weekends (including both Saturday and Sunday) Previous experience is desirable, but we also have an excellent training program for those without experience. We can offer both full-time and part-time hours. We provide care between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week so working hours will include early mornings from 7am and, late evenings to 10pm, and Alternate weekend working. We ask for a commitment to working a minimum of 2 evenings per week, and alternate weekends.
