Enhance the quality of practical learning experiences and positively contribute to the development of the nursing workforce in line with local and national directives. The role has a direct clinical component to ensure clinical skills and credibility are maintained. In support of the development of the Dermatology Outpatient services within Lauriston Building the post holder will be required to liaise with all relevant specialties, identifying learning needs and strategies to achieve best practice, seamless paths of care and ensure a high standard of practice is provided within the outpatient department. To work alongside staff, including registered and non-registered staff, to support their learning and the achievement of clinical skills competencies.
