What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

2. What do you understand by the terms 'stepped care' and 'high-intensity CBT'?
3. Have you had any previous experience in mental health settings? If so, could you describe your role and the skills you acquired?
4. What qualities do you think are essential for a successful CBT therapist, and why?
5. How do you approach building rapport with clients who may be experiencing anxiety or depression?
6. Can you discuss any specific CBT techniques or interventions you're familiar with and how you might apply them in practice?
7. How do you stay informed about the latest developments in evidence-based psychological therapies?
8. The training course can be quite intensive. How do you plan to manage your time and balance your studies with practical work?
9. Can you describe your experience in receiving or providing supervision? How do you feel it contributes to professional development?
10. Describe a time when you worked as part of a team. What role did you take, and how did you contribute to the team's objectives?
11. How do you handle conflicts or disagreements within a team environment? Can you provide an example?
