Role Overview: We’re looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to be part of our fully private aesthetic clinic in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. This is a unique opportunity to join our expanding enterprise, becoming the first Treatment Coordinator for Scotland. Your Responsibilities Welcome and build strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and comfort. Confidently and ethically guide patients through their treatment options. Perform Itero scanning and assess patient suitability for further treatment. Support Invisalign and cosmetic procedures, including discussing post-treatment options like whitening and composite bonding. Take deposits and payments, process credit applications, and manage patient follow-ups. Provide seamless handovers to clinicians and maintain close communication with them. Help establish the new practice, working with the practice manager on setup tasks and virtual consultations until the clinic is fully operational. Participate in marketing activities, such as local events, to promote the clinic. What We’re Looking For: GDC-registered Dental Nurse with at least two years’ experience as a Treatment Coordinator. Ideally, a radiography qualification (or willingness to obtain one). Proven ability to balance ethical sales with premium patient care. Strong organisational and communication skills, especially in a fast-paced dental retail environment. A passion for customer experience and creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients.
