We are looking for a Band 6 Midwife to join our Fetal medicine unit. Our team provide high quality care that is safe, kind and meets individual needs. You will be a proactive and dynamic midwife who can function in a busy department. This role requires exceptional communication skills to help families navigate the challenges and choices that complicated pregnancies present. You will work seamlessly within the multi-disciplinary team and will have good attention to detail. As a clinical expert in Midwifery, you will be committed to improving quality, safety, and patient experience. No prior experience of fetal medicine is necessary, although a keen interest and awareness is. We have a warm and welcoming Maternity team, new and well-equipped facilities, and above all our commitment to quality care and safety is absolute. You will work in a team of 8 midwives and one maternity support worker on a Monday-Friday basis.
