What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your experience with managing patients with epilepsy or other neurological disorders?
2. What approach do you take when conducting a neurological assessment? Can you provide an example from your previous experience?
3. How do you ensure comprehensive care and support for patients during admission and discharge?
4. What is your understanding of telemetry in relation to epilepsy monitoring, and how have you been involved in this process in previous roles?
5. Can you discuss a time when you worked in a multidisciplinary team to manage a complex case? What was your role, and how did you contribute?
6. How do you prioritise communication with team members and families regarding patient care, particularly in a high-pressure environment?
7. What strategies do you use to contribute effectively during consultant ward rounds and MDT meetings?
8. What do you feel are the most important qualities for a Trust Grade Doctor working with patients with epilepsy?
9. Given that this position is not recognised for training, how do you plan to continue your professional development while in this role?
10. UCLH aims to deliver top-quality patient care alongside world-class research. How do you see your role contributing to this vision?
11. Describe a challenging clinical situation you've faced in your previous roles. How did you approach it, and what was the outcome?
12. How would you handle a situation where a patient’s family is resistant to your treatment recommendations?
13. UCLH has set ambitious targets for sustainability. How do you think medical practitioners can contribute to achieving these goals within a clinical setting?
14. Can you discuss an ethical dilemma you’ve encountered in your medical practice and how you resolved it?
15. The NHS often faces rapidly changing conditions. How do you adapt to changes in clinical guidelines or patient care protocols?
