{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nBC205894 - Chief Executive with NHS Scotland in Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom\n\nNHS Scotland is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society. We are delighted to invite applications for this exciting and challenging leadership opportunity at a time when the need for reform of the health and care system has never been greater. Our Chief Executive will lead the third largest health system in NHS Scotland, overseeing the delivery and evolution of our Plan for the Future, developing - in partnership with other Health Boards, three aligned Local Authorities, the Third Sector, academic bodies, our staff and citizens - sustainable ways to deliver health and care for the citizens of Grampian. NHS Grampian covers the North East of Scotland, we are one of only four teaching Health Boards in Scotland. With strong links to Universities and Local Authorities, we provide tertiary services to approximately 590,000 people within Grampian and residents of neighbouring NHS Boards, and employ over 17,000 staff. We are an Anchor Organisation with a central role to play in the prosperity of the region. Acute services are provided principally from Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin. Services in primary and community care are organised into three Health and Social Care Partnerships in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. We work collaboratively with the other North of Scotland Boards to ensure services that require to be delivered on a regional basis are done safely and effectively. Candidates should have significant senior or executive management experience in health or social care organisations or in other public or private sector customer-facing organisations, and be attuned to the demands of regulation and of public scrutiny. They will need to bring deep experience of enabling outcomes, shaping cultures and empowering systems. Given the requirement to be able to lead across boundaries and build relationships with other Health Boards, Local Authorities, the Third and Voluntary Sectors and with patients, their families and carers, candidates must possess exceptional influencing and communication skills. They should also have a demonstrable track record of high level achievement against challenging performance targets. Aberdeen and the surrounding Grampian area has been voted one of the best places to make a life in Scotland. There is a charming balance between the cosmopolitan, internationally urban centre that is Aberdeen, memorably described as a city with the culture of a village, and the rural, outdoor lifestyle of the coastal and inland towns of Aberdeenshire and Moray.
