What to expect

11. Describe a situation where you had to work closely with others to achieve a goal. What role did you play in that situation?
12. If you encountered a scenario where a patient required urgent transport while there were multiple demands on you, how would you prioritise your tasks?
13. How would you handle a situation where a colleague is not adhering to the departmental procedures you've been trained on?
14. What do you understand about the importance of a Porter in maintaining patient flow and supporting the overall operation of the hospital?
15. Why do you think the role of a Porter is critical to ensuring patient satisfaction and safety in a healthcare setting?
16. Why do you believe you would be a good fit for the Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust?
