The successful candidate will support the Band 7 Sister to lead a team of staff to provide a high quality service; ensuring excellent standards of patient care are delivered and maintained before, during and after having a procedure in Interventional Radiology Theatres. They will facilitate the IR outreach service to ensure all inpatient and elective patients for interventional radiology are fully prepared for their procedure You will be an effective role model, delivering regular clinical care. The provision of clinical and non-clinical governance is an essential part of the role. We require an enthusiastic and conscientious team player with excellent communication skills who is well motivated and reliable. Previous experience/current experience within Interventional Radiology Theatres is desirable. Nottingham University Hospitals is now one of the biggest and busiest acute Trusts in England.
