Our new service is for 4 people requiring a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and being able to express their true selves. At present all the people we support have several hours of 1:1 support during the day as well as some shared support day and night. The ideal people will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support Active Prospects is recruiting for Day and Night Support Worker(s) to join our complex care service in Brighton, East Sussex. Our new Brighton service is close to public transport, with a short walk from the bus stop/train station to the service. Drivers are always welcome - there is free onsite parking available.
