The Attendance pattern is Tuesday to Thursday totalling 15 hours per week 8am-1pm with the occasional need to work flexibly to cover the occasional early start or late finish. Accountabilities Provide high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients. Order and deliver hospitality in accordance with pre-booked requirements. Timely preparation of meeting rooms and event space to ensure they are tidy and setup ready for meetings, including furniture layouts and equipment requests. Clear meeting rooms after use in a timely manner ready for next meeting. Ensure company and legislative health and hygiene standards and requirements are always complied with in providing food and drink. Liaising with wider teams to ensure the smooth running of office operations. Competencies Other ad hoc office support duties as required.
