What to expect

7. What strategies do you use to manage anxious patients?
8. Can you describe your approach to patient education regarding oral health and treatment options?
9. How would you handle a situation where a patient refuses a recommended treatment?
10. What do you believe is the importance of teamwork in a dental practice?
11. How do you handle conflicts or disagreements with colleagues?
12. Can you share an experience where you contributed positively to a practice team?
13. Are you familiar with the requirements for HIW registration and maintaining an active performer number?
14. How do you keep accurate patient records, and what systems or software have you used in the past?
15. What is your understanding of current dental regulations and compliance requirements?
16. As this role is part-time, how do you plan to manage your time effectively between work and personal commitments?
17. Are you open to flexibility in your working hours or days, if needed?
