The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to the ward/ unit staff. They will be responsible for the safe keeping and availability of all clinical records relating to patients and the smooth running of the ward / department office. They will also provide general assistance to the ward / unit staff. Provide general non-clinical advice, information and guidance of ancillary services directly to patients, clients, relatives and carers.
