The shift pattern for this position is 29.6hrs Monday - Friday. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours. The Post Holder Will Provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups within the treatment room setting whilst working in partnership with other members of the primary health care team and service users. Function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience to lead and enable the treatment room nursing teams to provide a quality nursing service. Be the clinical lead who will be accountable for the co-ordination of activities and staff within all treatment rooms and phlebotomy services in West Dun HSCP.
