What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you provide an overview of your educational background and relevant training that prepares you for this Assistant Psychologist role?
2. What motivated you to apply for this position within the NHS, specifically with the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership?
3. Have you had any previous experience working in mental health settings, either in a voluntary or professional capacity? Could you describe it?
4. How do you build effective working relationships with colleagues, especially within multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs)?
5. How would you approach working with service users who may be experiencing acute distress or crisis?
6. How do you ensure that your approach to psychological support is responsive to the diverse backgrounds of the service users?
7. What do you believe are the most important qualities for an Assistant Psychologist working in acute mental health settings?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
