Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required. Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting.
