You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. At this service in Huntington, we support four ladies and one gentleman ranging in ages 50-70 years old. They all enjoy social activities and lead very busy lives. They love to go out into the community regularly and for example, enjoy day trips out, shopping, bowling and the cinema and also baking, arts and crafts etc when in the service. About You You will need:A Full UK Manual Driving Licence , be over 21 and have at least two years' driving experience . Do You Have A genuine passion for supporting others? Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships? The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays? Positive and empathetic attitude towards people with learning disabilities? Want to become part of a patient staff team who are kind, trustworthy and caring? Shift Times Our service has 24-hour care; we prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life. Example of shift times are:- Days 07:00am-14.30pm Lates 14.30pm 22:00pm Waking Nights 10:00 to 07:00 Sleep-in 10:00 to 07:00 Flexibility is a must as this role will require occasional evening, weekend and sleep in work when needed. You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for any sleep-in shifts carried out. The payment for a sleep-in is non-contractual.
