What to expect

7. Can you share an experience where you successfully worked as part of a team? What role did you play in that team?
8. How do you handle conflicts or disagreements within a team setting?
9. The description mentions that kindness is at the core of HC-One. Can you provide an example of how you’ve demonstrated kindness in a previous role?
10. How would you approach a situation where a resident seems to be feeling down or upset?
11. If you noticed a colleague not adhering to the cleaning standards, how would you handle this situation?
12. How would you respond if a resident expressed concern about cleanliness in their room?
13. What do you understand about safeguarding in a care environment, and why is it important?
14. Can you give an example of how you would identify and report a concern related to safeguarding?
15. Are you flexible with your working hours, including weekends and holidays?
16. How do you maintain a positive attitude during busy or challenging shifts?
17. What areas of personal development are you most interested in pursuing in this role?
18. How do you feel about receiving training and feedback to improve your skills?
19. Do you have any questions for us about the role or the company's culture?
